Flexible Payment Options

Choose WHEN you pay

Monthly PAY

• Your premium is divided into 12 equal monthly payments with no down payment.
• You'll receive notification of the withdrawal 15 days in advance and a list of the remaining monthly installments.
• The withdrawal date is the same as your policy effective date, but you can change it to suit your needs.
• There is no charge for being on the monthly pay plan for My Car and Home™ customers.

One PAY

• One annual payment, due at the start of your policy

Three PAY

• Divide your premium into 3 equal payments
• 1st payment due at the start of your policy
• 2nd payment due 3 months after the start of your policy*
• 3rd payment due 6 months after the start of your policy*

Choose HOW you pay

• Automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account
• Internet and telephone banking (through your financial institution)
• Cheque or money order
• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard)

To apply for the monthly payment plan, you'll need to fill out an authorization form, attach a void cheque and mail them to Trafalgar Insurance Company of Canada. Or speak to a broker at 1-855-296-2525.

If you have set up recurring credit card payments, please notify us of any changes to your credit card information at least 14 days prior to the next transaction date.

The following chart shows how each of the payment options work:
