Terms and Conditions
- Trafalgar's guarantee is that within 30 minutes you will be talking to a Trafalgar representative (the "Guarantee") and applies only to the first call made by the policyholder in respect of new loss or damage not previously reported to Trafalgar in respect of a valid Trafalgar Insurance personal lines policy (the "Policy").
- To activate the Guarantee, the policyholder must call our 24/7 emergency assistance line at "1-866-942-4739" or Trafalgar's emergency number at "1-866-464-2424" and provide sufficient and accurate details including a phone number where the policyholder can be reached within 30 minutes, if necessary. No other form of communication is permitted to activate the Guarantee.
- The Guarantee is not valid where the following conditions exist at the time of the first call to Trafalgar: a force majeure, earthquake, blackout, hailstorm, forest fire, flood, act of terrorism, war or other major natural disaster or political unrest beyond our control that would impact our ability to deliver our promised service level.

- If Trafalgar is not able to live up to the Guarantee they will write you a cheque in the amount of the annual premium of your policy relating to the claim to a maximum of $1,000 subject to these terms and conditions. Your coverage will not be affected as a direct result of this payment.
